Ordinary Words for Ordinary Stories

..something about human lives...

Help to write and lead the memorial you would wish for.

There may be words you want to say,

but don’t know how to say them.

If you could watch your own funeral, would you?

Do you have a story to tell?

Something you want people to remember?

Advice and support to care for your dead at home and arrange a funeral yourself.

About Just Wanted

Some of the funerals I attended over the years were rushed, short and detached – not adequate to mark the lives of those I’d known.  It didn’t seem right. I want to make funerals mean what they should.

I try to write words that are worthy of the people they are trying to reveal – people who have left and people who remain.

Just Wanted can help to…

It is important to say the important things – I help people say them

I have also been thinking recently about how much we miss by not caring for our dead ourselves. It really wasn’t so long ago when families watched over their loved ones until burial or cremation. I want to help, advise and support those who would wish to care for their dead themselves.

It just… seems important.

Currently in my forties, I am a happy lady in a Derbyshire family. I am willing to travel further afield if you live a way away, but I would need to cover my travel costs. We can make the most of technology / internet calls if necessary, but you can’t beat ‘in person’ communication.

"...this feeling came from the comforting awareness of the interwovenness of all human lives - the sense of their flowing into one another, the happy assurance that all that happened in the world took place not only on earth which buried the dead but also on some other level known to some as the Kingdom of God, to others as history and yet to others by some other name..."
